Smart City Show Case from 15 Aug - 31 Oct 2018

In collaboration with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) , the Hong Kong Airport Authority Hong Kong, presents a thematic display on “Entering into Smart City Era” showcasing the latest smart technology products, designed by local Hong Kong companies, would be mounted at the departure gate 30 of the Hong Kong International Airport from 15 August to 31 October 2018 for the marketing of Hong Kong products to the worldwide audience.

Digital Oasis Limited was invited to showcase VisualSonic in this special event.

VisualSonic is a speaker that camouflages itself as a hanging work of art. Measuring only 30mm thin, just like any normal framed artwork, VisualSonic uses the hollow space behind a canvas to conceal vibration speakers. These speakers don’t produce sound on their own but transfer vibrations to a resonance panel and the artwork. The artwork vibrates like the diaphragm of a speaker to produce the sound. Speaker & painting hangs on the wall, catching eyes and ears alike, combining art and audio into an audiovisual delight for the senses.
